I was satisfied with the service offered by Celine Travel last night at the Wembley concert, even if the driver delayed 25 minutes due to crowding, being thousands of cars, the trip was relaxing and enjoyable. Recommend to everyone this company.

Cash or No Cash?
We are sorry to inform our customers, that we no longer have cash payments available on website reservations, due to many un honored bookings or sometimes fake ones with “no shows” that really causes lots of complains. This might seem a drastic decision and many bad reviews will come with it, but the main priority for us is to make sure every customer has a pleasant experience. Experiencing issues like this, only causes weak connections among our drivers and us, making them less reliable and not professional at all.
You will be pleased to know that we have other forms of payments available, but we accept cash if necessary, depending on a certain matter. In case of an exception, bookings with cash payment can be operated by online chat on our website, calling by phone or through our email address.

Membership Account & 10% Discount Update
We have some changes regarding the membership accounts and 10% percent discount. Due to months of analyzing the membership accounts on our website, we came across the fact that only a part of our customers register on our membership accounts and have discounts. So it was decided that the best option to benefit all customers, is to extend the feature to everyone.

How this feature work is even simpler then it sounds. We have specific plots for each driver in London, so everytime a booking reaches our system, the dispatch instantly sends the information to the closest driver standing by. This reduces the amount of time our customers wait in average for a transfer, the mileage our drivers undertake on their routes and the amount of CO emission.
